If thats your case, theres really nothing to do but replace it. BeVERY careful and I'd say not to use any cleaner with bleach. The correct way is to gently lower and take up the iron from the seam allowance. Infact it is a good idea to press the seam allowance flat to one side of the seam line before sewing the seam allowance open.
