There is a "Change folder location" button in lazer's settings that you can use to change its location post install. WebTurns out that there's a config file, named osu!. usename .cfg that contains all the information on your settings. One of the settings that you can change in this file but not in game is the location of the beatmap library. It is probably a good idea to quit the game before you tweak any settings.
