That switch and motor look like 2 speed to me as well. 1 wire to the switch is grounded to chassis. 1 is the washers and the other two make ground when needed due to switch position. power is supplied to the motor via a yellow fused wire from fuse box and jumps over to the washers. The motor has a constant-keyed hot and grounds to the body and the switch. When you turn on the switch it sends ground to the motor. For a 2 speed wiper motor there is one hot lead and 2 ground leads at the plug.
