You cant find anything online now in regards to Mcafee and BT, they have removed everything possible so customers wont be able to dispute it! I have looked online for Norton and its alot cheaper going elsewhere than the £4 a month, like you said. WebSorry you're having problems switching over to the Norton. I suspect the reason you're having problems is because your BT ID is just a name rather than an e-mail address. You need to rename the BT ID to an e-mail address. To do this go to My BT > Personal Details. You'll need to access the email to validate the link sent to you. Cheers David
